Paytm an online payment company announced their new vision by providing cloud services for startups, developers and enterprises in India. They named it as Paytm AI cloud for India. Paytm will use Alibaba’s cloud infrastructure to provide this service.
This AI-powered cloud service provides suites for business-centric apps for organisations. The services include
- ready-to-use services to automate workflow
- cloud computing
- easy to integrate payments
- messaging solution
- customer engagement support
- marketing automation
- pattern recognition technology
- predictive computation
It also offers in-built CRM (customer relationship management) and campaign management.
For cloud infrastructure Paytm partnered with Alibaba and for messaging solutions Paytm will soon partner with DingTalk. DingTak is an all in one mobile office solution by Alibaba groups.
Paytm says that this AI cloud is exclusively designed for the Indian Market and the data will be stored in local data centres i.e, within the borders of the country.
Sujit Kumar Mishra, VP Paytm, says: Every new-age organisation needs to be AI-enabled. They need access to infrastructure to quickly sandbox their ideas, run through multiple experiments, and iterate the hypothesis without worrying about managing their infrastructure.
