The following steps should be follow to start the laptop or computer fast:
step 1: Go to start menu and type “msconfig”. A system Configuration window will appear.
step 2: Select “services” tab where you can find many programs are checked. 
step 3: Check the “Hide all Microsoft services” and then click “Disable All” button. 
step 4: Click “Apply” and then “Ok”.
i.e., Apply => OK.
step 5: Finally,”restart” your computer.The computer will start within few seconds.
