Microsoft released a new browser named Microsoft edge along with Windows 10 release.And the edge browser was released as a better alternative for Internet Explorer, which was the default browser of Windows editions.
After the release of Windows 10 Edge was performing in a better way and was considered as better competition for Chrome and Firefox browsers.
While October 2017 Microsoft released a beta version of edge browser for iOS and Android mobile platforms.During these beta, versions edge evolved a lot by making bug fixes for the errors reported by developers and beta downloaders.
Yesterday, Edge was rolled out as a stable version by removing preview label for both iOS and Android platforms.
